    I visited Rexall recently for some medicines and was really impressed by their excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all my questions. It was a smooth and pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend this store for great support and service!

    I find shopping with Rexall to be leagues above dealing with shoppers drug mart in general. I returned to this location in particular a year ago, and everything has been amazing. They are literally the polar opposite of the experiences I’ve had with the Shoppers on Walker and Ottawa. - Every week when I call to fill my prescriptions, they answer immediately. Total phone call is only ever a minute or two. - They are courteous, caring, and helpful. - No med errors - If I want to leave for the week and transfer my meds to a different location they DON’T throw a temper tantrum, and force me to fight for days to make it happen. - Meds are always filled quickly - They are very professional, and I always leave with the impression that they like doing what they do for a living. And it’s not just the Pharmacists and technicians. The store employees are just as good, and the employees at the post office are amazing too. I couldn’t be happier with them.

    Their pharmacy is beyond helpful!! Especially with covid-19 happening They went above and beyond for me with their help. Especially Bridget and the other gentleman who was working (whos name I didn't catch)! They were amazing, I cannot state it enough

    OK, so this place is located downtown and has a huge parking lot, free parking, and well lighted at night. It is open till 10pm I think it is better than Shoppers Drug Mart. There is a bus stop right out front. Very convenient for it's name category. ...

    They have the legal kind of drugs and lots of snacks, candy, basic groceries and a post office in the back. Hours are good and the store is clean. Parking lot is weird but it's not the worst location.

    Multiple options in variety of products, great selection of vitamins, etc ; Have Canada post on-site, plus pharmacy. The only downside is there are not much discounts or offers and is a bit pricey.

    This pharmacy staff is amazing! So helpful and more than understanding. The rest of the staff in the store are always friendly and help when needed.
